Co-Working Sewing Space + Factory
Professional co-working and co-sewing makerspace now available in the heart of Melbourne's inner West. Our huge light-filled factory consists of a fully equipped manufacturing facility for shared use and small scale production. 4.5m+ high ceilings, saw tooth roof + white walls. Daily users experienced with industrial equipment can access shared/flex desks and can choose to utilise the spaces for design and pattern making only, or take full advantage of the space and utilise machinery*. Monthly users have their own dedicated desk space with an option to bring their industrial sewing machine.
Available for day rates (no minimum) or ongoing monthly membership (6 month minimum - no lock in contract). Suitable for small scale production and daily rates start at $45 + GST.

Additional Support:
Technicians for machines, pattern making, sewing and circular design can be booked 1:1 on request for a fee of $100 per hour (subject to availability). Please note, these rates are only available when you are booked in to use the space. Please contact us in advance to enquire about inductions and Additional Support.
Other Amenities (must have a daily or monthly membership + booking to access):
Access to kitchenette, fridge + tea + coffee: free
Bookable fitting room: 2 hrs free per day
Bookable showroom: +$100 p/day
Bookable E-commerce photography setup, including white paper roll + stand: +$185 p/ half day
Membership Pricing
Daily (studio/design only + 9:00am-6:00pm access) $45 per day
Daily (full studio + factory + machines + 9:00am-6:00pm access) $65 per day
Monthly (full studio + factory + machines + dedicated space + 24/7 access + 15% discount on Other Amenities) from $650 per month
Prices are per person + exclude GST. Guests who are not working in the studio including clients, fit or ecommerce models may be permitted at no additional cost, but must be checked in on arrival.
Included: use of bobbins, needles, machine feet, pattern making table + weights.
BYO: Any tools required for cutting or sewing not listed above, any sewing materials you require ie threads, pins, trims and fabrics, scissors etc (you may be able to hire some items or purchase trims from Circular Factory on the day) + production staff
Events & Workshops: Please get in touch for full space hire or in order to run/host workshops in the space, including on weekends.
Insurance
Please note, all hirers must have an ABN and provide proof of current public liability ($20,000,000) for themselves and staff, plus any other party brought into the space as well as the appropriate industrial workplace insurances required by Work Safe Australia.
