Returns policy
Circular Factory can only offer a refund or exchange if your item is deemed defective or faulty. If you find a fault with the item please contact us at hello@circularfactory.world and once approved we will provide you details of how to return the item. Please note that material quirks described in product listings are not considered defective.
Any faulty items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and un-used. Once received back, items will be checked and then promptly refunded. This refund policy is valid for 14 days, so please do check items upon receipt as after 14 days we are unable to refund or exchange items.
Many of our products are cut to order so we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges for change of mind unless the item is deemed defective or faulty.

Unless we are running a promotion, you will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
Please contact your bank for updates on late or missing refunds. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. If you wish to make an exchange (ie. change size/colour), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new item. If you have any questions or issues at all, we are here for you! Email us at hello@circularfactory.world for any shipping or returns queries.
Faulty Goods
Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of regular wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@circularfactory.world as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
