Shipping – Local

Shipping prices are calculated directly from Australia Post and are based on the weight of the parcel.

Pickup from Footscray, VIC, Australia is always free. Alternatively, get in touch if you have your own courier you would like to use.

Over 20kg custom courier quote required.

Our shipping partner is Australia Post (via ShipStation), and is carbon neutral!

Orders are typically processed the following business day. For pre-orders please refer to the individual product page for processing time. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number via Shipstation.

Domestic deliveries have an approximate delivery time of 1-10 business days depending on your location. East Coast metro areas are usually delivered between 1-5 days, all other areas will be delivered up to 10 days after processing.

All parcels are automatically sent with a request for signature on delivery. You may choose to have parcels left in a safe place directly through Australia Post. Please note that while the benefit of this option means that most parcels will be delivered on the first attempt, that we can't be held accountable for lost parcels that are delivered with "Authority to Leave" and by requesting this option, all responsibility for the parcel once it's marked as delivered is passed to you.

Shipping – International

Prices for shipping is based on weight and location and will be calculated automatically at the checkout. 

All orders are displayed and processed in AUD unless you select your currency from the currency converter in the main menu, in which case your order and shipping costs will display in your selected currency.

We pack and ship your order within 24 hours, except for when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, where it will be processed the following day and the 24 hour period will apply from that business day. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International orders have typical delivery time between 10-27 business days and can be tracked directly via Sendle.

Once orders arrive to the country of delivery, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. Circular Factory can't be held responsible for these potential delays.

Circular Factory cannot be held responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office. 

Circular Factory is required to declare the actual value of internationally shipped goods and will label them as merchandise.
