Our 90gsm 100% Cotton base + heat-fusible interlining is perfect for fusing applications where extra reinforcement is needed. Perfect for collars, cuffs, waistbands etc.
Due to an international shortage of certified organic cotton we've sourced this traceable 100% Cotton fusing with Oeko-Tex 100 Class 2 certification. This is the next best thing in cellulose based fusing until organic can be sourced again in the future. Also available in white.
Traceability Details: Woven by Freudenberg in their Nantong Facility (China).
Cotton is grown in the following regions and blended to create the correct specifications: Shandong or Henan Province China + imported from America/Australia/Brazil.
Fusing Instructions (Fusing Press):
Temperature: 143-166°C | 289-331°F
Time: 15-25 sec
Pressure: 2-4 bar | 2-4kg/cm² | 10-40 N/cm²
*Please note, fusing pressure depends on the type of press used
