This elastic has a sturdy rib-like texture. Perfect for straps, cuffs or hems that need something much stronger than our 11mm version. This elastic is pliable yet sturdy and has a certain rigidity to it. It's absolutely beautiful elastic due to the undyed organic cotton component!
